Tirumala Venkata Devaraya is the 20th descendant of Shri Krishnadevaraya and the heir apparent of the Vijayanagara rulers at the Anegundi Samsthana. Holding a degree in History from Durham University, England, he is not only a knowledgeable individual but also an aspiring novelist. His debut work, "In the Empire of the God King," is set to be published in 2024. Beyond his literary pursuits, Tirumala is an avid reader with a keen interest in international relations, diplomacy, and archaeology.
Remaining committed to philanthropy, inspired by his rich lineage, Tirumala has engaged in volunteer work with various organizations such as Globalteer, Pack a Smile, and projects abroad focusing on the education of the underprivileged, environmental causes, and fundraising campaigns. Notably, he actively participated in UNESCO excavations at the ancient Tilaurakot-Kapilavastu in Nepal.
